Catch It Early

What Your Door Is Trying To Tell You

Catching a problem at this stage is nearly always cheaper than the breakdown that follows if it's ignored.

Metal-On-Metal Sound

A worn roller or a spring losing tension announces itself with noise long before it fails outright.

Visible Gap At The Track

Ignoring a crooked Chandler, OK door risks a sudden drop — a real safety concern, not just cosmetic.

Opener Reverses Randomly

A door that reverses right before closing usually means a misaligned safety sensor.

None of these symptoms fix themselves, and waiting usually turns a $150 repair into a $600 emergency call.
